Briefly, One-e-App is a web-based application used for streamlining eligibility screening, enrollment, and enrollment management, for publicly funded health programs. The One-e-App project required the simultaneous coordination of multiple County Social Service Agencies, multiple County Health Care Departments, the State of California’s MEDS system, and the private contractor hired to develop and adapt the One-e-App programming.
C&C Advisors were exceptional. They conducted the ROI Analysis which I needed in order to obtain the initial County Board of Supervisor approval and funding. Their comprehensive analysis also enabled me to obtain matching funds from other County Departments, as well as significant financial contributions from the Foundations. I was completely satisfied with their work, their professionalism, and their insight.
I then retained their services to assist with ongoing Labor negotiations, the ongoing Project Management, and conducting Cost Benefit Analysis for new system options. I also relied heavily upon their knowledge and system expertise to assist with presentations, and in the development of training material.
