C&C Advisors has extensive experience in health information exchange, most recently with the Transition to Health Care Reform in the public sector. C&C has been guiding clients through the policy and technological impact of the Affordable Care Act.

C&C assists clients in navigating the requirements and leading development teams in creating interfaces, 834/837 and flat file transactions. We lead the exchange process from end to end, including project planning and management, issue tracking and resolution, data cleansing, secure connectivity/transmissions (according to HIPAA Privacy and Security rules), consent management, data mapping, data testing, post go-live reconciliation.
