Cheryl Waggener Northfield, Principal
Cheryl has held a variety of operating roles in public health and healthcare organizations over the last 20 years. Her diverse background has made her keenly aware of the needs of these organizations, from technology implementation to business process to ongoing client support.
Cheryl has worked as Director of Operations for two Northern California Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), each serving over 1200 physicians. She has also been Director of Client Services for a healthcare software firm and an information systems consultant, serving hospitals, medical groups, and county agencies. She is experienced in many aspects of front-line and back-office operations, as well as long range planning, cost-benefit analysis, process improvement, project management, and program and system implementation.
During system implementation projects, Cheryl ensures quality assurance through detail-oriented analyses and facilitates communications as a technical liaison. Additionally, Cheryl’s advocacy of client satisfaction is evident throughout the entire planning, implementation and support phases of all our client relationships. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
